From there

Push, pull, lift and move yourself for 35-45 minutes.

Two days a week. $10 per session. 

Leave feeling every calorie you burned and every muscle you challenged.

Upon successfully completing 16 weeks of training $50 monthly memberships will become available.

    John Wilson is a registered clinical exercise physiologist with a career spanning over 40 years in the field of health and fitness. For 30 of those years, John worked in the hospital setting as the coordinator of clinical exercise testing and as a cardiac rehabilitation therapist. He also was an instructor at the University of Oregon and at Dundalk Community College in Baltimore, MD. Additionally, John has experience as a fitness instructor in a variety of fitness centers and as a lifetime athlete.

    A lab: A space that provides controlled conditions in which research, experiments and measurements are performed.  We will provide members with these tools and the information to become their own personal fitness experts.

    Owner, developer and trainer, John Wilson, holds a masters degree in Exercise Physiology and is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologis(RCEP). Both an educator and lifetime athlete, John has over 30 years experience in cardiac rehabilitation and clinical exercise testing.

    A lab: A space that provides controlled conditions in which research, experiments and measurements are performed.  We will provide members with these tools and the information to become their own personal and fitness experts.
